1PW won't log into app but does on website

I have been able to setup 1PW to log into RBC banking on a website, however, when I go to the iPhone app, it doesn't recognize it as being the same thing as the website. Further, when I try to apply the saved RBC pw, the app says it's the wrong pw. I am horribly confused and getting irritated. It is working for other iPhone apps, but not this one. I'm using Safari on my Mac with is running 10.14.6. I just downloaded 1PW to my Mac and iPhone today (Feb 1 2020). Any ideas what's going on?

    Can you please share a link to the iOS app (not the website) so we can make sure to test the right one? I have tried looking for it in the App Store but it looks like it's not available in my country.
