Master Password does not open windows desktop app, but does work at 1password.com and on 1phone.

new user, about to be ex-user. Master password works on iphone and at 1password.com, and 1password x but does not work on windows desktop app. I have reinstalled windows app twice today, I cannot find way to open the windows app. I'm sure it's user error, but I'm at 1 hour spent on this and I'm about to chuck it.

Hi @Rflynch,

Sorry for the troubles! I don't want you to become an ex-user, so please try to start over with 1Password 7 for Windows and reset its local database:

How to reset your 1Password data and start over (Windows)

You should be able to set it up from scratch after that. Let us know how it goes. Thank you! :+1:
