Why is my tax information from Brokerage not importing?

I have been coping and pasting my user name and password from my brokerage company into Turbo Tax, but it is not importing?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty. You've reached the 1Password support forum. I'm not entirely clear how this question relates to 1Password? If you are having some trouble with 1Password could you please elaborate?

    Hi Ben, I was wondering if I am doing something wrong with 1 password to get brokerage firm to recognize me. I have been using 1 passwords information in Turbo tax by copying my username and password from 1 password for that account thinking that would make the connection. Thinking there may be something I am doing wrong.
