Remove an item from "suggestions"

I would like the "Credit Card" option not to show up in the "suggestions" list.
That seems to me like a pretty common thing, so I'm probably just not finding the right button to do that -- could you point me in the right direction, please?

    I don't believe that we have an option to do this at the moment, and I think this is the first time I hear this request. Can you please elaborate a little on why you would like this, so we are in a better position to give you a suggestion? Thank you!
