Unable to log into teams account on Mac, works on iOS or Web

Today I ran into a strange issue with a bran new Mac that can't log into a Teams account on a fresh install of 1Password from the App Store. The same account logs in just fine from the web or iOS without any issues. I have access to two different team accounts and both are having the same behavior, works on mobile and web but not on Mac app. It doesn't give an error...just hangs with a spinning status forever. This appears to be a server side issue. Please fix as we can't on board new employees on the Mac app.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Mac OS Catalina 10.15.3
Sync Type: 1Password Teams

    I can confirm that the issue goes away with the none App Store app. Frustrating that this keeps happening with the App Store version. I should add that we use DUO Two Factor Authentication.
