Can I change annual billing to monthly billing if the first month is not complete yet?

If I initially signed up and paid for an annual family plan, but now want to change it to a monthly plan before the first month has expired, is that possible? If so, will I receive a credit for the 11 months remaining on my annual plan that I have already paid for?
