I log in and it says it failed to sync then takes me to a page to enter my master password I do that

I am having problems with my log in I keep getting a failed to sync warning and it takes me to a page to enter my MP. when I do it says it's incorrect but it is the same MP that just opened 1Password.

    Are you using Dropbox to sync your data? It sounds like you are seeing the page to re-authenticate to Dropbox. If you can provide a screenshot of the page you're seeing the message on, it may help us get things sorted out. * Please be aware this is a public forum and take care not to reveal sensitive data.

    edit: Also it could be a 1Password X re-authentication prompt, that screenshot should help us narrow down the issue. :)

    Is there a way to save all my data close and remove 1Password reinstall a new version and set it up again then import that saved data. My problems began when the family version first came out I tried it and my family did not want to use it so I tried to switch back. somehow I ended up with two vaults and numerous duplicates. I need to get back to my one vault that I can sync between devices and clean up 1Password.

    I think the issue could be better resolved through email vs. the forum. It sounds as if at some point we will need specifics regarding your membership details to sort through the issue.
