Update 7.4.4 for the Mac does not complete downloading. It keeps asking to close the application with no result. MacBook Pro macOS Catalina 10.15.3

    Try these steps. It sounds as if the mini application in the menubar or the extension are preventing the update.

    1. Quit Safari
    2. Open and then quit 1Password completely — ⌘⌥⌃Q (Command Option Control Q)
    3. Update 1Password
