Toast Notification for copied one-time-passwords

Hi there!

I'm pretty sure this has already been mentioned somewhere here, but I can't find an dedicated question for it.

Is there a plan to add a notification (Toast Notification as Microsoft calls it) for the one-time-password-copy-action, which gets initiated after a website fill?
Because up to now I just have to know that the OTP has been copied an is ready for the "ctrl + v".
(And maybe also for the clipboard delete-action as well)

Maybe also as temporary notification which fades after some seconds (Windows already has a defined timeout for that).

Thanks :chuffed:

  • Hi @lumarel,

    Thanks for the request.

Yes, we do have plans for notifications on Windows 10 only but we don't have a timeframe. It won't be limited to TOTP either, we can reuse it for updates and more (yes, it'd be optional).

Ah thanks for the info @MikeT !

Just to have it on the list is a good sign :chuffed:
Sometimes I'm just not sure if I already configured the TOTP for an account, so these notifications would be really useful :+1:
