Just realized my MacMini desktop is not syncing with my devices - iPhone & iPad.
It appears my MacMini was syncing via DropBox although I could be wrong. iPad & iPhone are syncing via iCloud and are the most up to date. How do I get all 3 to be up to date without fearing and data loss?

For the best sync experience we recommend migration to a 1Password membership:

But if you'd prefer to continue to sync using a 3rd party service like iCloud or Dropbox you can certainly do that. You'd need to follow the instructions in this guide to set up syncing with one of those services:
