Received a strange (concerning?) email...

I started a 1password families trial on 3/3. I installed the software (Mac version), set-up my account and imported my passwords that day. I’ve been using it successfully for the past couple days. Then, today (3/5), I received two emails at 6:08 pm, stating the following:

“ Please copy this code into 1Password to verify your email address and finish setting up your 1Password account:

(different 6 digit code in each email)

You can also click this link to verify your account if you already closed 1Password, or if you're finishing signup on a different device.

Cheers,
Your friends at 1Password”

After receiving the emails, I unlocked my vaults and everything appears to be working properly. Also, there does not appear to be a place to copy the codes into 1password.

I’m trying to determine why I received these emails and whether I need to take any action to continue to use 1password.
