Upgraded from a standalone v6 to a the subscription v7. Recent password changes did not carry over.

Today, I upgraded from a standalone v6 to a subscription v7. Shortly before doing so, I changed passwords at several sites that v6 flagged as vulnerable. But now I see that the v7 database doesn't have my new passwords. Any way to fix this?
