Error, won't open

in 1Password 7 for Windows

My computer crashed during a System Restore (!). When it rebooted and tried to open 1Password I got an endless stream of little warning windows with this: Your iPassword data is not compatible with this 1Password version. Error ID: opw-db-711.

What should I do?

    Hi @planetalk,

    Thanks for writing in.

    That error is what occurs when you're using a newer 1Password database that is not compatible with previous version of 1Password. In other words, your 1Password database was created with 1Password 7.4 but you have 1Password 7.3 (maybe?) running it.
