Upgrade to 7.4.750 not working

For the past few days my 1P as noted under the 1Password menu selection has stated that it is updating from 7.3.712 to 7.4.750. It appears to be stuck. How do I get the update to complete it's download and setup?

    Thanks for reporting this.

    Do you have Malwarebytes by any chance? If yes, please try updating Malwarebytes to 4.1.0 and then try updating 1Password again.

    If not, can you tell me what anti-malware solution you're using?

    I've update MB to 4.1.0.56, how do I restart 1P download? I can find no "Update" selection.

  • Hi @trbartel01,

    Open 1Password menu, click the Your app is up to date, it'll force the update check again.

    We block any failed update for 24 hours but leave the file on disk, so that you can quickly update if you want by forcing the check.

    After exiting and restarting the download selection reappeared... thanks for the help
