Also I can't close 1Password or my computer

1Password has lost all it's data on my Mac. I still have my vault and my data on my iPhone. I changed my password as requested. I can't close 1Password or my computer.

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. We'd be happy to help you get to the bottom of that. So we can troubleshoot this issue with you, I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices:

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    With your email please include:

    • A description of what you mean when you say "I can't close 1Password or my computer."
