Reset password and secret key

I bought a brand new phone and I dont have the secret key needed to sign into my account. I have tried all what I saw in the conversations but it is not working. Please help. Without the secret key I cannot get into my account

    I'm really sorry to hear that you're having a hard time finding your Secret Key. For your privacy and security, your Secret Key is only accessible to you. With this said, there are a few different ways to locate your Secret Key by following the handy guide below:

    Find your Secret Key or Setup Code

    If you are using a 1Password account on another 1Password app, you will be able to get the Secret Key from there even if you did not download the Emergency Kit when you created your 1Password account.
