Chrome extension & windows desktop app no longer working

When I try to open the Ipassword extension in Chrome nothing happens. When I try to open & fill a website in the windows desktop app of Ipassword nothing happens. The Ipassword for windows is version 7.4.753. My computer has installed the latest updates.
