    I lost my master password and discovered I never put it down on my Emergency Kit. Following directions I proceeded to eliminate data to regain access to my account. When I attempt to recover my account, a bubble box says it is expecting a different secret key for my email address. How can that be? At this point I am stymied._

    This usually happens because you are trying to login to the wrong URL. Make sure you are using https://my.1password.com to login ;)
