1P7 for Mac, iPhone and iPad vaults aren't Identical

I added a password in my iPhone the other day and discovered that it's not in my 1P on my MacBook or iPad. (I haven't checked my iMac.). Looking at the no. of items on each device they are each 1 or 2 items different. All of my devices are running current MacOS or iOS, and 1P7 is current (7.4.7 on my iOS devices; my MacBook is running 7.4.3). They are all signed in to my account (I think -- when I just tried Manage My Subscription on my MacBook I received "No response code from server." My iPad and iPhone appear to be signed in to my account.). As you might expect, I'm just trying to get all the vaults to be identical. Any help will be appreciated.
