Hi,

my 1password was working perfectly till now. However 3 days back I updated to latest Catalina 15.4 update. Now 1password does not even start and crashes on every call from browser or extension. There is no 1password mini in menu bar.

I am using 16" Macbook Pro. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still same issue. Please find log of crash below:

Error message I get "1password quit unexpectingly. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple."

    Hi @swapnilsagarwal! Welcome to the forum!

    Can you try installing a fresh 1Password app from our website, and see if you are able to launch it after the reinstallation? You can download a new installer from our website here.

    @swapnilsagarwal:

    Thank you for the confirmation. I would like to ask you to generate a diagnostics report from your Mac and email it to us to support+forum@agilebits.com, so we can take a closer look at why this is happening to you.

    After you have sent the email, please feel free to post the ticket number you received so we can locate your message and connect it with this forum discussion.

    Looking forward to your message!

    @swapnilsagarwal

    I found your submission, but the diagnostic report from our troubleshooting app was missing. Please use the link that ag_ana provided to generate the diagnostic report. If the report was sent, it's likely in transit. Thanks.
