Windows laptop/Iphone

in iOS

I have an windows laptop and and iphone. 1P seems to work fine on laptop but on iphone it does not recognize apps. Apps still default to touch ID. Do I need to disconnect touch ID? or change password with 1P open so that it recognizes app?

    Hi @PedroG

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. 1Password can be unlocked by Touch ID for use in apps via the autofill extension:

    Use 1Password to fill and save on your iPhone and iPad

    Please double check your settings match what is recommended there (i.e. iCloud Keychain off and 1Password on). Let me know how it turns out. :)
