I cannot log in to 1Password on my computer

Our IT department gave me a new Mac and copied everything over, except on the new Mac I cannot log in to my account. My password does not work for some reason. I know it's not wrong because I used it all the time. It asks for some key that I don't have and the only way to get that key it says is to log in to my account, but how can i log in if i don't know the key that it asks for in login? I can't even add a new account on my computer because it only sees the old one and I can't log in to it to add my new account.

    For some reason it just started working last night. It said my other account was deleted and recognized my new one. Thanks.
