    Can we have anyone from the support team look into this?? It is urgent and you can followup my previous tickets too. #BAA-46666-856

    Now, I would just like to reset my account and start over. FYI, your FAQ/help section did not help me.

    I would like to reset my account and do not want to cancel and then resubscribe my subscription.
