New company new laptop

I moved to a new company and have a windows machine and had windows at the old company. I do not have the license from the other machine and am now locked out. How do I install and recover all of my usernames and passwords. I have the app on my phone and it is synching to icloud. I installed on my new computer and tried to synch that way but am not able to find the icloud file where it is synching. How do I get my old data back that I had in my chrome browser extension?
