Particular URL seems to be missed in autofill/search results

I'm trying to get the login page at https://new.three.co.uk/account/login#/ to autofill in Safari on macOS. I have a saved login item with (among other things) the website set to "https://new.three.co.uk/account/login#/". When I trigger 1Password on the page, though, I get the 1Password extension pop-up with a list of my saved credit cards and nothing else—definitely not the entry that includes the URL "https://new.three.co.uk/account/login#/".

The search dropdown says "Suggestions: new.three.co.uk" when it doesn't find anything. However, if I type "new.three.co.uk" manually into the search box it finds the item just fine, which seems strange.

I've tried a few things—the problem is the same in Chrome, it's the same if I add a simpler "https://new.three.co.uk" as an alternative URL in the item. Any ideas? Thanks!
