Why don't my passwords from my iphone app that I have saved work on my PC?

I started with 1Password on my iphone. I just added the PC version to my Windows 10 laptop, I have added the desktop app and the CHrome extenstion, but when I got to a website, it doesn't auto fill my saved login from my 1Password app.

When you visit a website on your Windows computer, how are you calling the 1Password browser extension to fill your data on the page?
