How do I merge two vaults so I can delete my Personal one?
First, I use a Mac & didn't see another category to post this.
I currently have a Primary & Personal vault. I want to merge them into just the Primary vault so I can delete the Personal one. I'm having trouble accomplishing that. I only need/want to maintain one vault. I do use a Mac, iPhones, iPad and a PC at work. Previously, I was sync'ing using iCloud but have now turned off sync'ing in Preferences.

Hi @kporterjr
We'd be happy to help with that, but it's actually gotta be the other way around. "Primary" has got to go. :) Please try this:
- Choose Vault menu > Switch to Vault, and select Personal
- Choose Help > Tools > Migrate Standalone Vaults to Account
Let me know how it turns out. Since Primary is not currently syncing you may need to repeat this process on each device.

Thanks Ben, that worked. However, I have lots of duplicates now but I can clean those up. Any suggestions as to what's the best method for backups?

Glad to hear that worked, and sorry about the duplicates. We tend to err on the side of creating duplicates vs potentially losing important data. Automatic backups are included with your membership. You can read more about them here:
