cannot change master-password in 1PW for windows (purchased license) with local network sync

in 1Password 7 for Windows

Unlike the macOS Version, I can't find the entry for "change master-password" in the settings -> security of the windows version (purchased license for windows). Any ideas how to do it?

    If you have a standalone vault in 1Password for Windows, you can change its password by following these instructions.
