To go from AG product to App store Product

Is it possible? need steps please. Thanks.

    Hi @s13

    This is possible, with a 1Password membership. It is not possible with a standalone license. The App Store version of 1Password is membership only. If you have a membership then you can:

    1. Quit 1Password
    2. Drag 1Password from the Applications folder to the Trash
    3. Restart your Mac
    4. Empty the Trash
    5. Install 1Password from the App Store

    Ben thanks very much for the speedy reply. I had a 1Password membership, it worked fine, just not for me and us. So I went back to the stand alone. Oh well.

    Thank you for the update. I understand, in this case you should continue using the 1Password app downloaded from our website then, as that's the one that supports standalone licenses.
