Ex-wife has stolen my 1password account

My ex wife and I shared 1password login credentials and now she has locked me out of the account I created and have used for over 10 years. She changed the secondary verification phone number to her number. This information was sync across iPhone, Mac, MBP, and iPad. I have been a fan of 1Password for years.

    I have old emergency security codes, passwords, email addresses etc but can't login. I just need to know the phone number associated with the secondary verification code.
