Transfering data to a Windows 10 computer
My Windows laptop died. I have 1Password on an android phone and tablet. I thought that when I logged in to 1Password on my laptop, all my data would be available (from the cloud?). nope.
I've tried the suggestions on the support site and forums but no luck.

Congrats on your new laptop! Sorry to hear the old one died on you. As long as you've got your 1Password data stored inside a 1Password.com account, you'll be able to access it on any device by signing into that account. Assuming that you do have an account with us, what is it that you're seeing when you attempt to sign into the account at https://start.1password.com?
