How do I move items between vaults?

When I create a new password in 1PasswordX, I sometimes accidentally put it into the wrong vault. I found no way of moving it into a different vault after it has been created except for using the 1Password desktop app. Is it possible to move a password to a different vault in 1PasswordX and if so how can I do this?

    @derkork: A few things that might help:

    1. Dropdown vault selector in the save dialog:
    2. Share menu in the 1Password web interface: which you can get to by choosing the Edit option in 1Password X.
    3. Native app

    I'd prefer the first two with 1Password X, since the third is not necessarily an option for everyone; but there is more than one option available. Cheers! :)

    @brenty I'd like to see 1Password X have a dropdown menu for moving vaults in edit mode, the same as 1Password does.
