Sync main computer 1P database with Laptop ( update )

I use my Laptop when I go on the road, but it has been awhile since I have gone through and updated the Passwrds. What is the best way to update my laptop with my main terminal database?
The only thing I see is export. I want to be safe and not have any issue with unprotected passwords
