"Could not add account to 1password Primary Profile Locked"

I tried out 1password7 on my Mac and after one month it went to read only mode, so I decided to subscribe. $2.99 pm plan.

I entered my email and created a password... I get two emails one with a 6 digit code which I entered and a second saying almost sarcastically "YOUR ACCOUNT IS READY TO GO!"

But is it though?

"Could not add account to 1password Primary Profile Locked" message appeared and since then I CAN DO NOTHING.

My software asks for "SECRET KEY" but I don't have one.

So it says amusingly, "you can get your secret key from the 1password webpage..."
Logging in, it asks me for my "SECRET KEY"

but don't worry because you can just download your SECRET KEY from the EMERGENCY KIT.

But when I click on the EMERGENCY KIT it again ASKS ME FOR MY SECRET KEY.

You guys are supposed to be credential manager pros.
