Full Text Search: It works in the Windows Application but not in the Chrome Extension. Why?

When I search for a text in the Win App, I get results from the Secure Notes containing the text.
But I get now Results from the Secure Notes, when I do the same search in the 1Password X Chrome Extension.
Is this a bug?

Extension Version: 1.19.1
OS Version: Windows 10
Sync Type: Not Provided
