Suspiciously big size of the Windows app

Hello,
I ran CleanMyPc today and noticed that 1password Windows App is the biggest program on my hard drive (even bigger than all of Adobe software). Checked logs and other folder but I can't find any reason. Why is that?

Extension Version: 1.19.1
OS Version: Win10 Pro
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Thank you for getting in touch!

    This is a known issue with 1Password size reported incorrectly in third party apps. I believe we fixed this and the fixes are coming in one of the future updates for 1Password 7 for Windows. Please stay tuned.
