Whenver I reset Safari and open it the next time I get directed to a "Welcome to the 1Password extension!" page from Agilebits.
What is this nonsense good for? Why are you guys setting a cookie onto my computer and checking me out everytime I use my browser? That's disgusting!

In case it isn't clear from the aforelinked support article, there is no cookie being set. Almost the exact opposite in fact. When you delete 1Password's extension data there is no trace of it left. It thinks it was just installed, so the welcome page is displayed. The link Tommy provided contains more details, but the short version is that this is a bug in Safari that we hope Apple fixes soon.
Until then, just don't check the box to "Reset Website Data" when resetting Safari.0
