Hi,

I've started to see the following pop up notification in the last few days. I have to click OK every time it appears to dismiss this. It happens 3-4 times a day.

I'm not sure why it has started appearing. My update settings are below.

If it was a banner notification and dismissed itself, that would be fine, but having to interact it with while mid-flow in something else is quite annoying.

Any ideas why this has started and what I can do about it?

    Hi @joshm_flex! Welcome to the forum!

    Can you please try quitting 1Password completely (right-click on 1Password mini in the menu bar at the top right of your screen > Quit 1Password Completely), and then relaunch 1Password? Do you still see this popup afterwards?
