Hi.
My previous personal account was frozen as a well designed strategy for pushing to subscribe.
I sign and subscribed to a Family account trough my wife account.
Now I have two accounts, one frozen (unusable) and the other without items.
How is the recommendation in order to make a fresh start with years of passwords accumulation without losing valuable information?
On the other hand, what's the suggested method -in terms of security and reliability- for syncing and backing up my vault?

We can do it either way, but can you clarify something first? If you had a frozen account with all your data inside, is there a reason why you did not activate that account, and instead created a new one?
On the other hand, what's the suggested method -in terms of security and reliability- for syncing and backing up my vault?
The official recommendation is to use 1Password.com: if you have a 1Password membership, sync is automatic through your 1Password account, so you don't need any other sync methods ;)
