Double pop-ups after new login

When I enter a new password or update an existing one while browsing in Chrome on Windows, I get two pop-up windows asking if I want to create new or update existing. It happens every time. It happens on both of my Windows 10 machines, too. How do I get rid of this double vision?

    Hey @bthayer23 ,

Sounds like you might have two 1Password extensions installed in your browser. Please try this:
    1. Open Chrome.
    2. Click the address bar and type in chrome://extensions , then hit Enter on your keyboard.
    3. You will now see all the extensions that are installed in your Chrome. If there's more than one 1Password extension installed, disable/remove it so there will be only one.
    4. Test and see if when you save a new login you still get a double prompt.

If that didn't help and you only have one extension, take a screenshot of the prompts you get and post it here, just make sure no personal info is visible because this is a public forum :)

Thanks, that fixed the problem. Once I removed one of the instances, I had to make sure the other one was pinned to the extensions bar.
