Bug report, duplicate web addresses

For some reason the software is not recognizing the fact that I've already logged into a site and it continues to ask me if I want to add the site. This is the link that I've encountered at the site and this is what it looks like for both entries. This is not the only site that this happens to me at

Welcome to the forums, saruti. I'm sorry that you are having this problem.

Please be sure to disabled your browser's password manager to avoid confusion. If your browser is entering your credentials, then you will most likely see the autosave prompt. To avoid the autosave prompt, you'll need to be sure that you are filling the Login with 1Password.

Could you tell me the version of your web browser?
  • I'm use version IE9

Can you confirm for me that you have disabled IE9's form filling capability, so that we can rule that out as a possible cause of the problem?

Tools > Internet Options > Content > AutoComplete > Settings

Uncheck the boxes for "Forms" and "User names and passwords on forms".

  • I had to replace IE9 with IE8 because QuickBooks won't work with 9.

Double checked the information above and it is now correct and I'm not seeing the problem at this time, thanks
