Chrome extension out of sync with desktop app

Hi! i bought recently the mac+windows bundle and i encountered several problems with the app and the extensions.

I been added lots of sites in to the chrome extension and this changes doesnt apply in to the app, there is a way of sync the extension with the app manually? i tried to restart the helper but it doesnt seems to work.

    The most common cause is a proxy server or other "Internet security" programs blocking the secure connection between the sandboxed browser extension and the main 1Password program. Workarounds for both of these are outlined in the guide, and the latter has its own page linked in step seven:
