Dropbox sync failed

I just purchased 1Password Pro on my iPhone in order to sync my 1Password info from my Windows 7 computer to my phone. I first attempted to sync via Wi-Fi but apparently that is only available between an iPhone and Mac. I then created a Dropbox account and copied my 1Password data file from my network folder to my Dropbox folder on my laptop. I then configured the sync on my phone and get the following error when attempting to sync:

Your Dropbox sync failed to download remote encryption keys. Make sure Dropbox is fully synced on your desktop.

I have confirmed it is fully synced (there is only the one file in there). Please help!

    Can you confirm for me that you do not have Dropbox two-step verification enabled?


    Please be sure to read the whole blog post if you would like to proceed with Dropbox's two-step verification anyway.

    If you're still having trouble, please email us a Diagnostics Report. Select Help > Diagnostics Report > Export to File from the menu bar in 1Password for Windows. Then attach the report to an email to us: [email protected] agilebits .com
