Checkboxes being ignored

Hi guys

Just a wee thing I've noticed in the past couple of days. As you'll be aware, some sites' login pages have checkboxes which allow you to choose whether or not to stay logged in or sometimes to sign in anonymously (just like these forums).

I've noticed that 1Password has started to ignore my chosen settings for the checkboxes. I've deleted logins and created them from scratch to see if it helps but no, ticks are staying when I want them to disappear.

Hope that made some sense and hopefully you can help with a fix.

Cheers and Happy New Year.

    Hey PearlJam,

I'm not able to reproduce this on every site, but I do recall it being an issue at one time. I just test a few of my own Logins (i.e. re-saving them and logging in with them) which worked well for me. Is there a specific URL where you are having trouble?

P.S. Love your username, but the way. Big fan myself. I learned to play the guitar in the nineties during what I would consider their peak. They're still awesome, but it's hard to top what they did that decade... :)

Hi Khad, yet another reason to love 1Password - a shared appreciation for good music.

Here are a few to get your going.

    Cheers again.

I'm not sure what I was doing differently before, but I can confirm what you are seeing on those sites. (And now I can't find a site where it actually works.) The state of the checkbox is not being filled. I'll have to check with the rest of the team to verify the current status of this.

    Thanks for mentioning it!

    Hello

I don't think this issue was addressed; is it on the "to do" list?

We have made some improvements in this regard, but it is not perfect yet. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer at this time, but I've nudged the developers on this. They are super busy with the upcoming iOS version 4 release, but hopefully this can get some more attention once that is out the door.

If we can be of further assistance, please let us know. We are always here to help!
