IPad doesn't sync with iCloud

Hi, I am a new 1password user. After installing the app syncs easily between my iPhone 4 and 5. However, on my iPad 4 it says "no icloud information". Documents in Pages as well as new pics in fotostream are synchronised quickly between iPad and iPhone using iCloud. I tried resetting my iPad, reinstalling the program, but the problem persists. I notice a "onepassword" file (92kb) in the document and settings section of iCloud on my iPad4, just as on my other IOS devices.

Any suggestions to help me out? Should I delete the iCloud file after temporary disabling iCloud sync in my devices? Or should I try to create an new account and then merge?

Thanks for your reply. I finished all steps as listed. iPhone 4 and 5 still working normal, no information lost (relieve...) but my iPad 4 keeps saying "no information found in iCloud"..... despite the fact that I can see the onepassword file in "icloud" "manage storage" "documents and information" on all IOS devices (iPhone 4, 5 and iPad 4).

I found another user with the same problem: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2026777 - the problem seemed to be solved here by creating a new account with the same password. Would it be safe to try??

BTW: merry Christmas to you too!

Yeah, it's not really an "account" per se but a data file that is protected with a master password.

First things first, I'd recommend backing up your data from one of the devices where things are working well:

Please let me know once you've done that. :)

Great! Then delete 1Password's iCloud data on your iPad 4 and try syncing again:

Also, if you're still having trouble, are you certain that all devices are logged in to the same iCloud account? That could explain the discrepancy.

Finished: still..... the same message on my iPad 4: "no information found in iCloud", while syncing did create a new onepassword file in documents/storage/backup.

Wait, after restarting my iPad 4: it RUNS normal: all data synced!

Thank you very much for your help!
