Feature Request : New section and/or field managed at type level

Hello,

I just switch from 1PW3 to PW4 and I found the idea of new section and/or field great ...
... but it seems to me this kind of feature would be very powerful not at the card level ...
...but instead at the card type level.

In this case I could manage all the card of a given type with the same informations ...
... occuring at the same place !

PS : And at the card level you can add information (section andor field) that are not defined at card type level
