[Suggestion] Make Attachments a List, not a fixed size icon window

I am not a huge fan of the current Windows attachment UI, where it mimics an explorer window. When there are longer file names, I have to click on the icon to get the full path, and sometimes have to use the scroll bar to move down. I can't resize it or see the longer names with ease.

I much prefer the style of the iPhone app where attachments are on a single line, 1 by one, so I can see longer file names easily.
