1Password Extension can't fill out Political Petitions

I've been having a recurring issue with (Democratic) Political petitions. It seems like the Dems are using the same CMS for many campaign web sites, the look and feel is frequently the same. When I go to one of these sites to sign a petition, the 1Password Safari Extension is unable to fill in the form elements. Example site http://www.sherrodbrown.com/petition/e1307rwe/

    I can't get Identity filling to work there either. I'll pass that URL along to the developers. Thanks for letting us know!

    After some further investigation, I see that the problem is that the form has no <label> tags for the fields. 1Password relies on <label> tags for Identity and Credit Card filling. There isn't a quick fix as it will require a fallback algorithm, but this issue is on our radar.
