"op" URLs not working in 4.3b6

If I prepend "op" to a URL in 4.3b6 on iOS 7 (manually or with a bookmarklet), Safari says "Cannot Open Page. Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid." I tried this both before and after installing the GM seed of iOS 7 on an iPhone 5, and on iOS 6 running on an iPad 3—same results in every case.
