Can I sync without Dropbox?

I use a company laptop running Windows 7 as well as company iPhone & iPad for work and a new policy going into effect in a few days will disable DropBox access from those. Is there another option to keep my data synced across those devices as well as my personal iMac at home? Many thanks for input!

On Windows, there is no official announcement but obviously we would love to support Wi-Fi sync there as well.
